DMCA Policy

Summary: If you believe content published on AlaabTrend infringes your rights, you can file a DMCA notice. We review legitimate reports and take appropriate action.

1. Introduction

AlaabTrend respects intellectual property rights and follows copyright infringement reporting procedures, including those under the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) where applicable.

If you believe an article, image, or text published on AlaabTrend infringes your rights, you may submit a notice using the steps below.

2. Scope of this policy

This applies to content published on the AlaabTrend site (articles, images, text, attached media).

It does not apply to:

  • Games, tools, or files on external stores (Google Play, App Store, etc.) — contact the store or developer
  • Content on third-party sites we only link to
  • The AdSharely dashboard — for disputes between creators and the platform

3. Reporting procedure

To submit a valid notice:

  1. Identify the infringing content precisely (full article URL on AlaabTrend)
  2. Describe the original work you own (with link or reference)
  3. Provide contact details and the required statements below
  4. Send the notice to the DMCA agent in §7

We review legitimate notices and may remove or disable infringing content after verification.

4. Required notice information

Your notice must include:

  • Your identity: full name, email, and (optional) phone
  • Protected work: clear description or link to the original content
  • Infringement: direct link to the content on AlaabTrend
  • Good faith: statement that you believe use is unauthorized
  • Accuracy: statement that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized agent
  • Signature: electronic or physical signature

Warning: false or abusive notices may expose you to legal liability.

5. Counter-notice

If your published content was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken or you have a legal license, you may send a counter-notice including:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Identification of removed content and its former URL
  • Statement of good faith that content was removed in error
  • Consent to jurisdiction of the relevant court
  • Your signature

We may restore content after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a legal action.

6. Repeat infringers

Creators who repeatedly publish infringing content may have their AdSharely account suspended or lose publishing access on AlaabTrend, under AdSharely internal policies.

Visitors who abuse the reporting process (repeated false notices) may have site access restricted.

8. External downloads

AlaabTrend articles may link to games, tools, or files on stores or external servers. Infringement in the game, tool, or file itself (not the article) should be reported to the relevant store or developer. We handle content published on AlaabTrend pages.

9. Disclaimer

AlaabTrend is a publishing platform. Content is provided by independent creators. We act when notified of a legitimate infringement and do not pre-review all content.

This policy does not limit your legal rights under copyright laws in your country.
